Q: When will my order arrive?
We pack orders within 1–2 working days from Berlin HQ. EU delivery usually lands in 3–6 working days; outside the EU, 7–14. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Q: How much is shipping and how do I get it free?
Free EU shipping on every order over €50. Below that, a small flat rate shows at checkout before you pay. A claw + scrunchie set is the easy way over the line and a lovely gift.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across the EU and to most countries worldwide. Duties or import fees for non-EU orders are set by your country and aren't included at checkout.

Q: I'm in a country with a local P.H.M distributor (e.g. Thailand) , how do I order?
Where we have an official local distributor, you can order through your local online marketplace (like Shopee) or via our official LINE account. Orders placed before 6 PM ship the next day, with delivery in 2–4 days.

Q: Can I track my order?
Always. Every order ships with tracking, sent to your email. If it hasn't moved in 3 days, message us and we'll chase it for you.

Q: What's your return policy?
Not in love with it? Send unworn items back within 14 days for a refund or exchange. For hygiene, scrunchies and worn-in-hair pieces are only returnable if unused with tags on. We'll always make it right.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
Message us at info@phm-studio.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid-or-simple label and walk you through it. No forms, no fuss.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
We're a small, independent studio, so for change-of-mind returns we're not able to cover return postage or the original shipping cost, those are on you. But if your item arrives with a defect, that's on us: we'll cover the shipping to make it right.

Q: When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches the studio, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. We'll email you when it's done.

Q: My item arrived damaged or wrong, what now?
That should never happen, and we're sorry. Send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it fast, on us. No need to return the damaged piece unless we ask.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
Klarna (pay later or in instalments), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and all major cards. Checkout is secure and encrypted.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once it's packed, we'll help you with an easy return instead.

Q: I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Enter it in the "Discount" box at checkout and the total updates before you pay. One code per order. First order? BLOOM10 gets you 10% off.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
No, guest checkout is always open. Creating an account just makes reorders and tracking faster, and keeps your Bloomie perks in one place.

Q: How do I reach a real person?
Message the studio at [email] or DM us on Instagram, a human (often the founder) answers, usually within one working day.

Q: What are your pieces made from?
We use thoughtfully sourced, lasting materials chosen to feel good in your hair and gentler on the planet. No fast-fashion shortcuts. Each product page lists its specific fabric and finish.

Q: What does "ethically made" actually mean for P.H.M?
It means small-batch production, fair and transparent making, and designing things to be kept rather than tossed. We'd rather make less, better.

Q: Who is P.H.M Studio and what's the Bloomie Community?

Q: Is P.H.M Studio gender-inclusive?
Completely. Hair is hair, and self-love isn't gendered. Our pieces are designed for every head and every person.

Q: Will it actually hold my hair / fit my hair type?
Our scrunchies and claws are made to hold thick, fine, curly and straight hair alike, gently, without the snag or dent of elastic. Thicker hair? Reach for the Giant sizes; finer hair loves the Minis.

Q: How do I care for my P.H.M pieces so they last?
Hand-wash gently in cool water, reshape, and air-dry flat. Treated kindly, they keep their shape and colour for years. Slow fashion is meant to stay.

Q: An item I want is sold out. Can I still get it?
Yes, tap "Notify me when it's back" on the product and you'll be first to know when it returns. Our pieces are made in small, considered batches, so popular ones do come and go.

Q: Are these a good gift?
